Proxy Agency spawned organically from decades of hard work, experience, and lessons-learned. Identifying industry trends, we knew that we could do better, not just for ourselves, but for our employees, partners, clients, and products. By setting an example of success through positive leadship we aim to inspire the entire industry to humanize it's workforce, while still maintaining the bottom line.
With over twenty-five years experience, Andrew has worked in Information Technology in the healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, and financial services sectors. He has a BSBA in Business from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from UAB. Andrew is also the President of Crimson Capital, a real-estate investment and rental corporation. He is active in his community and volunteers as the Vice President of the Alabama Technology Foundation.
Allison has gained tremedous insight into the entire business lifecycle through 15 years experience in the healthcare, financial services, Information Technology, advertising, and marketing sectors. She has received a BA in Marketing from the University of Alabama, as well as an Masters in IT from UA along with numerous certifications and accreditations. She is passionate about helping people, and does charity work for a local children's hospital.
Proxy Agency currently has four employees in the state of Alabama and Georgia. Our growth trajectory means that we are always looking for talented individuals with a positive passion for empowering those around them. We don't hire recruiters, we hire industry professionals with years experience in their field to help identify other talented leaders in their respective craft. This allows us to not only grow smarter, but develop in-house products using our collective knowledge.
